How to Become a Homeowner
Join Open Communities' HUD-Certified Housing Counselor for an in-person event where we'll guide you through the exciting journey of becoming a homeowner. Owning a home takes a lot of time, money, and energy. Not only is it important to be educated about the buying process, but also about homeownership. A buyer needs to carefully weigh the pros and cons of ownership and take a realistic look at the process. Homebuyer education classes help the consumer have a realistic view of owning a home. This is a two-day workshop.
